I started managing and leasing commercial real estate in 1973. I have owned, brokered, managed and leased shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties and multi-family properties in the 45 plus years since. I have the certified shopping center manager certification and have been educated in the industry by taking many classes and attending a lot of conventions. - You don’t want to be tied down running a real estate empire, but want to live the life it can afford you.
